Toodles

Don't let Toodles smile fool you! He puts on a pretty good front of being a fun happy-go lucky clown guy around crowds! 

He's actually a bitter and pessimistic thing. 

• he's kinda a big creep 
• can detach any part of his body
• usually has his shoelaces flopping around for comedic effect
• even being such a butthole, Toodles is extremely good at performing and entertaining kiddos
• he's Charley's closest and probably only friend 
• likes picking on others but tortures Charley the most
• has a brother _{but that's a story for another day}
• really does not know how to handle positive emotions like; love (this goes for genuine affection also!)
