A space pirate captain under Neon's command
Honestly. I don't have on him yet. I just wanted to design a cool and hot alien, so I did. He's a space pirate who flies under Neon's flag, and has his own ship and crew from before he was part of Neon's crew, but Neon sends people to complement his crew at times.

Neon defeated him and made him part of her crew decades ago. She values his opinions as a fellow experienced space pirate captain, but Tal can be very counterintuitive (read: stupid) at times.
Issassom was sent by Neon to be in Tal's crew and be his second in command and navigator. They do not get along very well. There is palpable sexual tension.

Tal is a tall humanoid with dark teal skin, gills, white eyes, long ears that point upwards, and two long tentacles, one of them chopped off at around shoulder height. His skin is covered in tattoos of space charts and markers. He often carries two swords, one of which being a sword gun.
