Rules

• You will get this image with a small watermark
• You will own the design but not the artwork. You will still have to credit me every time you draw the character or post this image online
• You can trade this character and even resell it but for no more than what you paid, also please notify me if you do so
• You can make small edits to the design, like changing the outfit, but overall it must stay the same

Terms of service

By buying this adoptable, you are agreeing to the following conditions and understand that the item is of digital nature, hence no physical copy will be provided.

General Terms

• You can contact me either via private message here on Toyhouse or via e-mail at tenshi.yoru.art[at]gmail.com
• I decline all responsibility in case you aren't of legal age to be using Paypal or are using money that don't belong to you.

Payment

• Payment will be done via Paypal in EUR (€) or, if specified, in DA points through the commission widget. In the second case the price may be a bit higher due to DA's fees
• I will need your Paypal e-mail to send you an invoice on Paypal. Do not pay if you haven't received it.
• Payment has to be done within 24 hours
• No refunds or chargebacks accepted.

I, as the artist, can:

• Post the picture anywhere to promote myself, while giving proper credit to the current owner of the character
• Publish books containing the artwork

The buyer:

CAN:

• Use the adoptable in roleplay groups
• Upload the picture anywhere as long as proper credit is given to me
• Resell the adoptable only for a price equal or inferior to what they have paid, plus any additional artworks commissioned until that moment, if the original artists permit reselling their art
• Regift or trade the adoptable
• Make only small edits to the design
• Use the adoptable for personal use
• (optional) Notify me when the adoptable changes owner, so I can keep track of it and see any new artwork of it!

CAN'T:

• Claim the original design as theirs
• Use the adoptable or artwork for commercial use without permission
• Upload the picture anywhere without giving proper credit to me
