Ring-master Maurice

Maurice isn't human at all.... he is some sort of wild, primal ethereal being of pure chaos from another dimension condensed into a human shaped vessel. He waits in hiding as a circus ring master with his troop of ethereal, paranormal, and supernatural beings, waiting for humans to fuck up their own reality beyond redemption so he can open portals from his own dimension where his hordes of creation, worshipers, followers and subjects can flood the human's dimension to escape a tyrannical and oppressive monarch in their own realm.

He is a deity of sorts; acts of either pain or pleasure are considered his offerings. Despite him wanting to obliterate humans for acting like spoiled brats and taking their reality for granted and ruining all their chances at prospering. 

He has the power to warp time and reality. He can create life and has the power to consume or create worlds. He hates how restrictive and fragile his human vessel is.
