Sweet orphaned shiny eevee, Parade found Marrow alone on the street and decided with such special coloration he must have some value and is dragging the boy along. He finds his new companions strange and somewhat frightening but he's treated well under thier protection. Parade wont let him share his age as he could land in legal trouble, but Marrow looks to be about 15
