THE CONJUNX SQUAD

A disaster polycule, Shocks, Blastlane, and Drop-Groove aren’t officially conjunxes, but might as well be at this point; this trio has been through hell and back for each other.

Through unusual circumstances, the squad gets stranded on a desolate, backwater arctic planet during the early stages of the war, pre-Exodus. At first, they try to call for help, but it becomes increasingly clear that no one is coming. The planet itself is all kinds of hostile; A frozen wasteland teaming with things that are pissed off at the mechanical intruders. In the end, Blast, Shocks, and DG are the only survivors.

"Canon" Storyline

Post-Exodus, they get found and rescued by a group of fleeing Autobots. Thing is, this crew has a pretender in their midst; Makeshift. A Decepticon spy with the ability to take any bot’s form. He studies his targets for long periods, to ensure an accurate impersonation. His weakness turns out to be the very unpredictable trio, who are able to sniff him out due to being so familiar with each other.

Profile

he/him, racing vehicle
musician & field medic & communications specialist
Silver paint job with deep blue and black accents. Bright blue optics. Autobrand is on the side of his neck. Built-in speakers in his lower arms and chassis.

  • Chill guy who just wants to write music in his (very much now destroyed) basement. Usually really smiley and upbeat; not much can get him down.
    • Great at drifting and general street racing.
    • The least openly touch-y feel-y affectionate (not to say he isn't physically affectionate at all) of the squad, but primarily shows his love via acts of service.
    • Talented rapper.
    • Music is usually on the heavier, punk-y side.
      • Not afraid to sing about very political issues, and has quite an extensive album about class divide struggles.
      • Also sings about his personal journey in making music. And about how he once got so stoned he had a deep, philosophical conversation with the god of turbofoxes.
    • For a guy with fantastic lyrical and musical rhythm, he's objectively bad at dancing.
    • Somehow the least fucked-up-traumatized of the trio, but has gained some serious codependency and attachment issues.
