Peyton

Name: Peyton | Pronouns: she/her | Age Range: mid-late twenties | Orientation: ace

Peyton was accidentally ripped from her own time by a traveler in her late teens/early twenties. She was from a distant future with technology that far surpassed our own, but had devolved back into a steam-powered era after war and world-changing catastrophes that left no humans on the planet and only viscets. She was an inventor, a steampunk engineer, and tinkerer. When she arrived in this past world, at first she found it hard to adjust-- especially to the humans-- but eventually she built herself a workshop and a reputation. There's no telling though, what her being in the past has done to the future timeline. In this timeline, however, she's adopted a son names Huxley. They both work in her workshop, and often are visited by a man from Peyton's time who was also dragged into the past-- intentionally-- to follow Peyton back and find adventure. Peyton, on the other hand, is happy with her workshop. It keeps her busy, and helps her focus her brilliant mind. That aside, she gets far more orders to keep her busy here than she did in her own time, as she does a service no others offer in this time line.
