The head of the Void's messenger cats, and the Bee Yard's personal cat. Fleur is no-nonsense and intent on completing her job in the most efficient way possible. She relies heavily on her right-hand cat, Lune, for help, and is constantly trying to find new recruits to help lighten each messenger cat's ever-growing workload.
