Penelope

Penelope was raised in human captivity and she's been to a few different homes. In her first family she was the companion for a little girl whose parents had separated, the girl's mother had gotten Penelope for her daughter as a companion, to keep her occupied and entertained. Penelope and this girl were close. When the little girl visited her father she brought Penelope with her, and her father welcomed her as another daughter. Penelope and the girl always preferred staying at her father’s house, but they had to return to her strict mother regularly. Unfortunately the good times ended, as punishment for the little girl's misbehavior the mother sent Penelope away to a different family. Penelope still has a locket with the picture of the little girl, her father and all of them together. It is very precious to her.
