Loud, charismatic, and charming; Radcliffe is a social chameleon and uses the ability to manipulate others into doing what he wants.

He's a man who prefers not getting his hands dirty, and delights in watching when everything goes according to plan.

He has an aversion towards emotional, downtrodden, and "depressing" people. Knowing that a sad enough story would be all it takes to get him (in his own way) to help.

A fairytale beginning

Radcliffe grew up with a loving, wealthy, and happy family.

And he hated it. Finding that life was a lot more exciting with danger and thrill. Often butting heads with his parents before finally leaving once he became of age. Running off without their knowing and leaving only a note to not find him. Afterwards he cut his hair, changed his accent, and did all he could to be unidentifiable to those that knew the old him.

Building an empire

The elf grew up spoiled. Getting whatever he wanted, and out on the streets of (could be anywhere) wouldn't be any different. He'd lie, manipulate, and do just about anything he delightfully could to build his little empire. After accumulating enough secrets and the blackmail money that came with it, Radcliffe would open up a decent size (roaring twenties style) club. Gathering performers through all sorts of (some even illegal) manner.

Bigger is always better

His club is successful, his connections are tighter than ever, and now he's setting his sights on owning the city.
