During a routine transfer between facilities, communications with Vessel TN#450 were disrupted. Footage from the ship has revealed that facility personell were overwhelmed by a commotion aboard the vessel which resulted in the escape of multiple subjects. Communications with Vessel TN#450 remain offline, and the whereabouts of the ship and the subjects occupying it are currently unknown. Among the missing subjects is HA0003, status unknown.

Investigations of the missing TN#450 vessel have revealed that the commotion onboard was caused by DR. LUSI ORR and Subject ER4877. It is believed that the ship has been stolen, and personell aboard the ship at the time were expelled. Witness sightings of TN#450 confirm that the ship is currently under the control of the subjects who have escaped including Subject HA0003. At this time, Subject HA0003 is assumed to be an accomplice to the commotion onboard. If found, return to custody.

If found, retrieve or dispose.
