* Credit me for the design.

* My designs cannot be used for AI, NFT or any type of crypto, if you do you will have a place on my blacklist. 

* For no reason can people who are on my blacklist obtain any type of art from me. If you have read my Blacklist and you still trade or sell my designs with some of those people, you will automatically be on my blacklist as well.

* You cannot hide the character's profile for any reason, remove the creator's credits, much less delete the profile. The character in ToyHouse MUST be visible, and if you hide it try to authorize me to see it.

* If you got the character for FREE, you can't sell it, just trade it for another character or art.

* If you purchased a character/Adoptable/custom character art from me, you cannot resell it at a higher price than you bought it for, unless the character has TWO (2) more artworks. Dirty hastily sketches don't count.

* Please let me know in advance who the new owner of the character is in case I sell or trade it.

* Do not try to copy, trace or take strong inspiration from me or my designs. You will be warned privately, doing it several times will put you on my blacklist.

Para asegurarme que hayas leído los términos y condiciones, debes de decir la contraseña. 

* Debes darme crédito por el diseño/arte.

* Mi arte y diseños no pueden ser usados para IA, NFT o algún tipo de CRYPTO, de hacerlo estarás automáticamente en mi lista negra.

* Por ningún motivo personas que estén en mi lista negra pueden obtener arte o diseños hecho por mí. Si haz leído mi BL y TOS y aún así eres cómplice de tradear/vender/regalar arte y diseños míos, tendrás un lugar en mi lista negra.

* No puedes ocultar los perfiles de los personajes, borrar los créditos o el perfil. Si lo ocultaste, autorizame para que yo lo pueda ver.

* Si obtuviste un personaje GRATIS no puedes venderlo por dinero, cambialo por arte u otro personaje en su lugar.

* Si me compraste un diseño/Adoptable/Custom hechos por mí, no puedes venderlo a un precio mayor por el que lo compraste, a menos que tenga DOS (2) PIEZAS DE ARTE MÁS. Los bocetos/sketches sucios y hechos a las prisas no contarán.

* Por favor, hazme saber con antelación quién es el nuevo dueño del personaje.

* No intentes copiar, calcar o tomar heavy inspiration de mi trabajo o diseños, de hacerlo se te advertirá por privado. El hacerlo varias veces te hará ir a mi blacklist.
