I don't have a proper ToS when it comes to adoptables/characters I'm selling as I'm of the opinion that once you buy one of the characters they're yours to do with as you please. You can change the names, sex/gender, body type, colors, clothes and I won't care.
You are allowed to do anything with them such as comic use or comercial use.(UNLESS IT’S FOR AI OR NFT’S, I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY DESIGNS BEING USED FOR AI OR NFT USE)
HOWEVER
One thing I want to make clear is that you may not sell the character for more than what you got it for, including if it was an art payment. Unless more art has been added then only then can you sell them for more.
