A quite sly individual that isn't afraid to get into trouble. He's very soft when it comes to people he knows and cares about, but is primarily self motivated and only listens to reasons that would benefit him.

Burr is one of Carlos's best friends, knowing him even before Carlos knew Kolter. He's often seen doing things by himself wether that being just hanging out in parties or out by himself taking a smoke break.

Chiffin initially thought he was a clone just like them, but it turns out he was just born a noob. He finds Chiffin cute, but Chiffin doesn't particularly like how he smells like cigars.

As of now, he is just kind of doing his own thing. He doesn't really have any family so he's just...vibing
