Cumulo

Hmm... I wonder if I can make it less rainy...

Things between Tsunami and Sakura have been good. They have two adopted daughters that help their mom and love them dearly, a home that wants them there no matter what, and a community they work to protect from any harm. Their lives have only gotten better since being together, and they had plans to make their own family, have some little ones for their girls to care for alongside them.

One day, as if their wish had come true all of a sudden, Tsunami woke up with two eggs wrapped comfortably in her long tail, being kept warm overnight. She didn't think it was because of anything in particular, nor did she remember planning eggs with Sakura, but she figured she'd tell her partner what happened and let her stay with her to care for the eggs. After doing so, and Sakura moving into Tsunami's little home temporarily, the eggs started to hatch, and what came out was... Not at all what they expected. One egg was a gold-colored Popplio with hints of Shinx on him, and the other was a Shinx, with small cloud-like wings tipped with long claws, horns, and a long, paddle-like tail with claws at the end of that as well- a possible Shinx-Swablu-Yveltal. Taking the two newly-hatched mons to the clinic Serenity worked at, they had her take a look and see if they could figure out why they hatched this way. Serenity ran some tests, but as far as she could tell, it was likely that Tsunami had miraculously had eggs on her own, possibly with the assistance of some kind of deity. Which one, she couldn't be sure, but she told the two worried parents that, regardless of the deity, the new babies were healthy and would remain so.

A Shinx-Swablu-Yveltal combination, Cumulo was named for his wings, which were soft and cloud-like in nature, tippeed with long, angular claws he could control. Though his anatomy and DNA told that he had the potential to drain life force, it seemed as though the Yveltal parts of him were simply for show. Cumulo spent most of his days cloudgazing and flying around, lounging on clouds, and has the power to slightly adjust the weather if it's too rainy or windy or snowy. Him and Duitte are inseparable siblings, and because it appeared that Cumulo had more of the god-like power within him from his currently unknown other biological parent Nimbus, he plans on doing what he can to protect Duitte. The two of them tend to have fun in the lake, with Cumulo racing Duitte from the sky as his brother swims in the lake. Something that Cumulo is very proud of is his wings. They are soft and fluffy, and if the light hits the yellow part just right, he is able to make that part in particular shine like a rainbow.
