The General rules apply to pre-made adopts or customs.

1) If you have traded an adopt I have made (rather it be custom or otherwise) back to me, I have the right to resell/trade/terminate it as it is my original work/design, and you are returning the character and its rights back to me.

2) If I have given you permission to resell/trade, you must notify me of the new owner so I know who to contact if these terms change.

3) If you plan to sell an adopt or custom, you may only resell it at the price you paid for it. Please discuss the ability to resell any commissioned pieces for said character with the artists they were purchased from.

4) If I see you reselling an adopt for higher than its original sell price and it has no extra artwork to justify it, I will not allow you to purchase adoptables from me in the future, and I will add you to my black list. This also applies to if you are trying to auction the design.

5) You can change the design to suit your preferences; however you are not allowed to change it in such a way that it is indistinguishable to the original design without my permission.

6) If the character still belongs to you and you have not traded it away, you can terminate the design and have someone else re-design it. However, in this case, please notify me beforehand.

7) In the case of termination/re-design (if you have alerted me beforehand), you have the full rights to the character as the original design I made you has been terminated/trashed by you in exchange for another. You do not have to follow this ToS at that point as the character design is no longer the original you received from me.

8) Please do not make a “twin” version of any set of adoptables you receive from me. If the design is created as one design, it will stay as one design.

9) You can use characters adopted from me in manga/anime/comics/stories/commercial works as long as you credit me for the original design.

10) You are not allowed to resell a design you got from me if you traded for it. You can only resell in the case that you actually PURCHASED the adopt from me or another user if I gave them permission to resell.
