Short Summary: Phoebe is a noble woman from the land of HoneyGold. It’s land where mostly bug-like/type pokemon live. She’s also a distant relative of Vex. She was very coddled by her mother Lady Exquisite. Even getting her own caretakers, two Combee companions Pixie and Posey. She currently lives with Vex as a way to gain life experience from a much older wiser noblewoman. Unknown to Lady Exquisite, Vex isn’t the best role model and sometimes gets Phoebe into trouble and gets her caught up with the sisterhood and their crimes.
