Grim

Grim is an ex-political commissar in the OPA army. Political Commissars in the OPA are tasked with maintaining morale and loyalty among soldiers. While dissent is tolerated among OPA civillians and soldiers, those spreading the most dangerous ideas can expect a visit from a political commissar. Such individuals are never "dissapeared", as that would only raise more dissent, but are often removed from duty until they can be "reeducated'. Radicalized by propaganda, Grim possesses a deep-seated hatred for hellborn. Unhappy with the OPA's passive strategy in the current war against the hellborn, Grim resigned his position as a political commissar and decided to handle things himself. Grim took all the weapons and ammunition he could afford, chartered a private smuggler to Dimension 3 (hell) and began waging a one-man war of extermination. Second only to Emissary in hellborn kill count, Grim quickly earned his moniker, Grim not being his original legal name. Despite being at war with the hellborn, the OPA has denounced Grim's actions as war crimes. A warrant is out for his arrest.
