Standing at 5’10” and weighing 110 pounds, 20-year-old Oriole Anderson lives with her parents and her ghost friend. Oriole had shot herself in the head and was brought back to life by Viviana. She didn't allow Viviana to finish fixing her physical appearance, so she's practically a zombie that doesn't eat brains, can actually talk, and is probably now immortal. Oriole is a sweet, shy woman who mostly keeps to herself but also enjoys talking to others and doesn't mind company. She's a ghost whisperer and is able to see, touch, feel, and hear ghosts because of her experiences of being dead herself. Has a unicorn ghost lady named Eliza for a best friend who cares for her when her parents aren't near. Oriole is called Annalise by her parents since that's the name they gave her, but she's more used to the name someone who helped her gave her before she died. Oriole's parents made her dependent on them after reuniting, fearing that she'd get hurt or disappear if they let her cook or go somewhere by herself. She's got a dead look in her eyes, but that's only because she has actually been dead before.

Being drafted in the war that took place when she was 18 ended up giving her ptsd, making her terrified of sudden loud noises and fireworks. She has a rosy-faced lovebird as a pet that lives in her room. She likes to wear wigs because of the pretty colors and hides her body often with jackets, long-sleeved shirts, and jeans. She knows lots of things about the supernatural and reads lots of myths and lore, checking out lots of mythical books of the nearby library. She's scared of any sexual contact and the mention of it. She works as a cashier at a nearby supermarket for short hours because her parents don't want her to go to school and stay away from them for a long time. Don't try to grab and pull any of her body parts, because they'll fall right off. It doesn't cause her any pain, but it's embarrassing for her and it usually scares the person who accidentally pulled off a part of her. Luckily she can easily and quickly reattach her body parts. She likes the color pink along with other pastels. .
