• I retain all rights to my art or designs
• Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
• My art/designs cannot be edited or altered without consent. Please discuss with me if you require any changes
• The character profile can be customized but credit must be given to me 
• Watermarks for any deisgn or art of mine cannot be removed without a commercial use license 
• Reselling of my designs is allowed for the price obtained or lower, unless it comes with extra art.
• My designs cannot be sold if the character/design is gifted.

Personal Use

All adopts bought at the listed price automatically come with a personal use license, this includes uploading to social media, using artwork as a profile/ display picture, personal projects, and other non-profit use.

Commercial Use

Commercial use includes using the artwork or design in any monetary setting which includes but is not limited to prints, merchandise, apparel, monetized video and animation, monetized video games, and other commercial uses. Please discuss with me to acquire a commercial use license, a commercial fee will be applied.
