Rae is a high-spirited man with an overwhelming sense of enthusiasm, being naturally friendly and amiable, seemingly able to just get along with about anyone. Rae is also very curious and the type to get excited when confronted with something he's interested in, especially when it comes to machineries, being himself incredibly knowledgable about this subject. Despite this, Rae is also pretty naive and hotheaded, which tends to result in him not always making the wisest or most logical decision. He's also a bit of a chatterbox, and doesn't always know stop talking, which tend to annoy some. People sometimes underestimate him because of his reckless nature, which tend to surprise people when they learn he's actually quite intelligent.
