Tiki is also a failed experiment as he too was tested on, mostly used too see how powerful the kerorians body can handle certain powers n what not
sadly many had not worked out causing the poor lil guy too get terrible burns across his body
and along with the many tests, he became a bit space headed and a lil psychotic from it all (imagine mushroom cookie idk how to explain it)
