I'LL WRITE HIS BIO LATER IT WAS A LONG DAY but yippee new guy.. I'm thinking he's in the LC LOR and Limbus trio with him looking more and more fucked up with each new appearance
Gist of it is that he's like a guy. that died and was brought back to life with like some scrap metal and a generator someone found in their garage. and now he's obsessed with experimenting on himself.. His body can naturally generate electricity (all of this might change I'm yet to rotate him in my mind for long enough)
