A divinity that took it on themself to continue to watch over someone at a dying man's request.

They took the appearance of the man from that day to travel with his companion, never telling her until circumstances demanded Helios reveal themself as Arceus (or an extension thereof; they're the entire personality, but a fragment of the power)
