Cristelion

Cristelion is Sikion's "brother" He used to take care of Sikion while in the foster house

He as a cold personality but is only considerate with Sikion since he sees him as a same because of the tattoo. He give Sikion his first hair cut when he arrived since the foster house was afraid. 

Likes to study, and read a lot KNOWLEDGE!! loves tortoises but he also want to be a hairdresser

Is the same powerful as Sikion but only as control over the ice and can make things get colder to the point of freezing them, as even more control over it but is more dangerous since some things like items he creates can burn you and produce you a frostbite. 

He got adopted while Sikion was not home
