Owner of character is welcome to use design/character for any purpose; including but not limited to:
-Roleplay, Storytelling, Worldbuilding, Creative Inspiration, Etc
-Commercial and/or Monetization Purposes (merchandise, advertising).
-Resale/Trading/Gifting to new ownership.
-Any character/design purchased is welcome to be modified, changed, and or adjusted however the new owner wishes! I only ask the design remains recognizable and changes made are not harmful in nature (ie. whitewashing, homo/transphobic, etc).
Additionally;
-I do not permit my work to be used for NFTs in any way, shape, or form. I do not and will never participate in the creation or sale of NFTs.
-I do not permit my work to be used for AI art generators in any way, shape, or form. I do not and will never participate in the creation or sale of AI "art".
I, Elvthali, only request a credit/link back as original creator where/when appropriate or feasible.
