Grelmin

Grelmin, the Cultist Cloakat with an Ego as big as the world despite being a puntable size of 1 ft tall Holding the powers to heal, warp and control the mind and it's perceptions, powers over the Spirit, Spacial powers such as teleportation, and finally possessing the Thematic Power of cartoon logic, able to do things such as pull objects out of places they shouldn't fit, or be blown up and only be covered in soot, or the like, This little gremlin of a Cloakat runs his own Cult dedicated to his powers that is under the guise of "The Greater Older One" whom he said gave him his powers and taught him to use them. Grelmin is usually pretty Charismatic but is unable to ever fool the Elder Bat, and so has always held a bit of a grudge against them, loving to take it out in the form of Pranks! However, his tail somehow loves the elder bat. Only having enough sentience to really have instincts, the tail will bite anyone EXCEPT the Elder Bat, even Grelmin himself!
