In this universe, Haywire is more jaded and highly untrustworthy of others. Being kidnapped by the Ascenticons, Haywire was experimented on and augmented to be able to conduct high levels of electricity powerful enough to kill a large Cybertronian easy. Unable to use his alt mode due to the augmenting, Haywire has to heavily rely on his electrical powers and doesn't have much fighting skills due to never being taught as the Ascenticons preferred a subject who wasn't able to fight with them. Haywire has zero feeling in his hands possibly minimally due to his old fingers being torn out and replaced with the claws he currently has now. Wearing inhibitors that debilitates his electrical power as to not harm the Ascenticons as well, upon his escape he is wary of others and holds a lot of resentment. His built in tendrils allows to the release of more electricity at longer or closer ranges, using them mostly to get himself out of situations. His first meeting with others is Handmaw and Ophidia, wary of them at first but due to their naive and friendly nature he lets his guard down around them.

Predapets AU

In this universe, Haywire works as a volunteer at the rescue the Autobots run. Haywire had suffered hand injuries where he can't work with his hands for long without them giving him pain, being understood by the Autobots. Haywire doesn't talk with anyone and keeps to himself, he prefers the company of the various Predapets and talks more with them even though they can't talk back. Haywire pushes himself for the most part in terms of making sure each Predapet is happy, even pushing himself through things.
