-Commonly goes by Rudy!
-11ft (Normal Form)/ 13ft (Dino Form)
-Is stern but soft spoken. He prefers using body language and actions to get his point across.
-Eats...... A lot.
-Pretty gentle and self-aware of his size and strength.
-A more primal Koopa who was born and raised on Dinosaur Island. He's not much for interacting with others off the island but isn't unkind to visitors.
-Thanks to a power-up native only to the island Rudy takes on an appearance more similar to a Dinosaur. A form he feels far more comfortable in compared to his normal koopa self.
-Is fiercely protective of the island's population of Yoshi, he often plays babysitter for groups of baby Yoshi when he feels they need supervision.
-It's extremely rare to see Rudy NOT in dino mode. Since his diet contains the specific type of meat used to power-up it's often difficult to just...not be in that form, not to mention it's incredibly hard to pierce the armored flesh and harm Rudy in this form.
