Cerulean is a cold individual, known for being introverted and tends to be lost in thought. He spends most of his time with his experiments, and is always looking for new people to operate on. His reserved and stern nature is sometimes swapped with a sadistic and sociopathic demeanor when he gets involved with his medical endeavors. He is very passionate when it comes to being a "doctor", however he despises modern medicine and refuses to use it; sticking to old practices such as leeches. He is intelligent, and isn't afraid to show it. Modern slang and technology confuses him.
