A hot tempered individual, Cedric was originally a clerk that managed the terminals of the Control Department. She kept surviving Abnormality breaches, then Punishing Bird took a liking to her, and she kept somehow being able to deal with Dawn ordeals on her own. She wasn't anybody important, just a resident of Nest L that qualified to work at the Wing due to her presence and organization skills. She is excellent at suppression and is often the one lugging Felix who can't be bothered sometimes.
