Bloo is a very childlike Pokémon. He is extremely playful, and he especially enjoys playing with toys meant for small children and baby Pokémon. Bloo quickly befriends young Pokémon, and they love to play with him. Shiny and colorful objects are bound to catch his eye.
Due to his naiveté, Bloo is sometimes sensitive. He tends to be somewhat of a crybaby if other Pokémon are mean to him.
Bloo prefers granting whimsical wishes, because he finds them fun. Because of this, Bloo often shows himself to children and those who have a similarly innocent disposition-- most adults seem to wish for boring things, in his opinion.
