✧ - Please do NOT delete the character I’ve designed off of Toyhouse. If you really don't want the character, I would prefer you transfer them back. Even if just to temporarily hold.

✦ - You are free to regift, trade, and resell the character. Although if reselling, I would appreciate not selling more than the amount paid for it unless they come with additional art (both your own and commissioned art) and only regifting if obtained for free without extra art. I can make an exception for emergencies.

✧ - Do not take credit for the initial design and/or my artwork.

✦ - Changing the design a little is completely fine, although would prefer if the design is at least recognizable to the initial design in some way. I’m not going to mad if people do though.

✧ - Don't use any of my designs to encourage hate or gross things (racist, lgbt-phobia, zoophilia, pedophilia, etc.)

✦ - Do not use quality labels for my designs. (HQ/MQ/LQ, etc)

✧ - Adopt designs can be used for commercial use, but the original adopt art can't be used.

✦ - Don't use my art/designs for AI art and/or NFTs

✧ - If you set any of my designs to private/authorize only, please authorize me or give me a character key. I like to check up on my designs from time to time. If my character also has character key please do not delete it.

✦ - Please don't take freebies just to use them as trade fodder immediately afterward
