Cielo speaks in a soft, quieter tone that can, at times, make her hard to hear. They can be childish, bubbly, and animated when comfortable, but otherwise are shy and quite the clutz. They enjoy being around kids, and are very patient with everyone. She is very compassionate, and likes to be as candid as possible, only lying when completely necessary.
