Magician made out of stars! He used to live in space, traveling with his balloons and magic all over the universe! He performs magic shows when he needs a quick buck. But he turned to simple pranks to entertain others. This eventually spiraled into petty crimes. Then esclating even further into more severe crimes. (Oh no...) This put him into huge trouble, which led him to flee and be on the run as a man wanted by the entire universe!

Even though he has a huge reward for his arrest, he is still confident in his skills. Magic isn't as common as he though, so he uses this to his advantage to continue his spree of less severe crimes. Don't want to alert anyone, right?

Despite his hesitance to create new connections, he is willing to do so if there is something in it for him ! Or... if he just wants to. Not everyone is going to have what he wants or needs, so even just having friends is enough. He also travels often, so having others to go back to when he can is nice!
