Slashback

Generally neurotic, anxious, and somewhat easily angered, Slashback does not speak and usually wears its TV when in public or around others. If it needs to communicate it will either hijack nearby technology or use the TV screen it wears and make it play mixed'n'mashed clips of audio to form sentences or will create a scrolling text that can be read. Plate Dragons who get too close to it will often end up recieveing several small shocks of static electricity from being in its vicinity.
