Oswald is a magician in Morn living in The Topix formerly apart of the demon circus before being kicked out for being a fire hazard. He's awful at his job, and is a huge klutz and failure at life... however despite being an awful magician, he keeps a smile and a kick in his step always.

He looks REALLY intimidating-- and along with his social awkwardness and intimidating voice, he often scares people away. However though he's a bit... odd- he really is harmless.
