to use this specjes you must be in the world! The world has a forum which you will submit your characters you create. Other than those requirements as long as you use the species guides and have them in the world is a completly Open species!
( I do require a reason for joining the world! Can be simple just put why your interested in the species)

They are based on moths, hoods and hunters/assassins! They are carnivore night time hunters, killing anything that may give them sustenance, because of that, they are the top of the food chain! They are very smart (human smart?), live in tribes and may hunt together if their prey is too big. They are able to fly silently and camouflage using their wings, and use their blade-like claws to stab and slice victims. Other species may hire these creatures to assassin specific people/creatures in trade for food or money, as they are naturally very stealthy killers. Their main weaknesses are rain/water (makes them unable to fly) and light (blinds them) so if you ever end up angering one (which usually means angering a whole tribe), you may need to use these in your favor. Feel free to redesign them or add/change lore, give them traits and etc!
