She can float around and fly like a balloon, and when L00NY walks, she instead does floaty bounds

The balloon for her head changes when expressing extreme emotions, but 90% of the time her head shows an emotive skull

When extremely stressed or angry she literally explodes, don't worry though, she spontaneously appears just fine the second your eyes look away from her blast. Once you look back at her previous location, the blast mark(s) will have disappeared too.
