an old friend of gullmar's, fascinated by language and have always wanted to study and learn different languages but did not get much opportunity in his youth due to his family living in the midlands front, which of course, is in active conflict with the tomtar. injured during the conflict, he was rescued by an unlikely pair of tomtar - gullmar and faství, and together they ran away from the war and ended up settling in the vätterunda area. ylvarg lives in his own den alone, but often visits his friend gullmar (and faství, whenever she's around) and a neighbouring nattramn settlement to study and discuss linguistics.
is able to understand and read tomte, basilisk, nattramn, human and trollic, but can only speak trollic due to biological troll limitations :(
