Terms of Service
Hello! My name is Beemeat, and these are just some general rules I have in place. You will be held to these terms even if you do not read them. By claiming/purchasing an adopt/commission from me, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CLAIMING AND PAYMENT
- Payment must be completed before transfer of the design.
- The price labeled for the adopt/commission is what I must receive in order to finish the exchange.
- Anything that may affect the amount of payment I receive must be sorted out by you, beforehand.
- I accept USD, but would be willing to work out other currencies as needed. I receive it through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp.
- I will not refund adopts/commission, but am willing to discuss adjustments as needed.
- If you do not respond in 3 days, your spot will be revoked.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- You are required to credit me and keep my watermark on every piece. Removing my watermark will result in an immediate blacklist.
- You may resell, trade, or gift my designs.
- Do not resell an item for more than you bought from me, unless it has additonal artwork of similar value.
- Gift art and/or free base color-ins do NOT count towards its total value.
- You are welcome to change designs and make slight edits to adopts/artwork you purchase from me, within reason. You are still required to credit me for the original.
- If you make a TOS for the character, it cannot violate my original TOS. (ie, free art counts towards the charaters total value)
OTHER NOTES
- I will contact you about breaking my TOS before a blacklist is issued.
- Failure to remedy the issue at hand, ignoring my messages (3+ days), or repeated offenses will result in a public blacklist.
- You are aloud (and encouraged!) to tag/ping me in art you commission using my designs.
- I am not liable for any scams using my designs (although I empathise with you wholeheartedly).
- I will do everything in my power to prevent theft on my end.
