About

Delia is a curious character, She's a hitman for hire in the Void Sea, and she's been modified for strength, thus giving her bear like paws. She's a tad obsessive, especially over Apollo, but for the most part, she's a very loving girl, who only wants to please those she loves, and her customers. She doesn't understand many of the goings on in the sea, or why Apollo wants to leave, but she's not letting him go alone.

Appearance

Delia, stading at 6'3 is exceptionally small for a sea-dweller, but what she lacks in height she makes up for in force. She's rather toned from hard physical activity, with a strong torso and legs that could crush a melon. Her hair is long and wavy, and because of being submerged in seawater, isn't as curly as it should be. Her sweater has long, red, sewed on sleeves, weighted with metal claws at the end, which are her weapon of choice, being used much like blackjacks. Her eyes are red and grey, and her mouth is usually covered by her sweater collar.

Name

Means "of Delos" in Greek. This was an epithet of the Greek goddess Artemis, given because she and her twin brother Apollo were born on the island of Delos. The name appeared in several poems of the 16th and 17th centuries, and it has occasionally been used as a given name since that time.
