Ravisin

she is a npc but ... (not my characters always falling in love with npcs)

Ravisin is an elven druid who rescued Anthos from peril when he was pulled into a frozen lake while fishing. She inspired him to become a druid as well in order to help people just like she did.

She lives in the forest and can turn into a snow owl! 

some more bullet points:

• she can make plants and animals grow sentient through her magic powers, and has created a walking berry bush as a companion (dubbed "Heidelbert" by the party)
• her heart is currently frozen by evil ice magic (CRIES) but the party is on a quest to save her!
• she has a big heart but tends to stay cool with her feelings rather than showing them outwardly a lot
