Many unprepared trainers are caught off guard when their miniscule Pipsparks evolve into the lanky Spurtsprouts. These pokemon are kind and calmer than their preevolution, but in return it's moody and has a huge appetite. When Spurtsprout eats, it causes any plants around it to grow, too. Pokemon Professors are still studying this pokemon's incredible growth rate, with some say it regularly grows a few inches overnight.
