Site director. Silver knows what's happening at the lab at all times, but rarely makes physical appearances unless it is to introduce new personnel. All experiments are run through her for approval and the project managers' reports all go directly to her.
It is best not to catch her attention because that is a surefire way of either being forceably hired (at best) or experimented on (at worst). Either way, once she's set her eyes on someone, she'll find a way to ensure they're staying at the lab for good.
