Mongoose

General Description

A plural system, collectively called Mongoose and using it/they pronouns. The protagonist of the Eclosionist story. It loves alternative fashion and goth music. Born on August 5th and is 19 years old at the start of the story. They're american and have traced some of its lineage to Ethiopia. They're in college to become an accountant, always having been naturally good at maths and helped manage a lot of its family's finances. It speaks english primarily but also knows some spanish. Mongoose speaks with a midwestern accent generally but some headmates have different sounding accents.

Physical Appearance

About 5'6" but with a bit of a slouch that makes it look shorter than that. They always have dyed hair, usually straightened out and brushed over its eyes. Their fashion and hair style is inspired by many of the 2000's rave and myspace alternative fashion influencers, though nowadays would be called 'Scene'. Though their eyes are usually covered by its hair their eyes are a dark brown, almost black, its hair colour is the same when un-dyed. Mongoose is Dark-skinned with a neutral leaning on cool colour skintone [despite what old art looks like, I need to update its art]. They're actually kind of stronger than it looks since they're usually wearing baggy clothes. It has a rectangular shaped body type under that though.
