Sword of Damocles

Night/ice, undead dragon murdered 3000 years ago. It's real name has been lost to time but it's power can permanently banish them from the living world. Cursed to the afterlife by a enchanted animus crystal sword that pirced it's heart that constantly floats and follow it wherever they go. It's become somewhat sentient as sword continues to aimlessly travel across the world looking for someone to mess with. They tend to get into snappy arguments with each other. Was a blood moon born mind-reader and still has that ability to an extent, mostly uses it to appear to other dragons because they're moreso a ghost wandering and cannot be seen normally
