11 Shnoozy

Shnoozy, the Drifting Off pokemon :3

Shnoozy are often found drifting on their own, though these are herd pokemon who get stressed when away from the herd. They have a habit of falling asleep in the air, often with the wind currents whisking them away. It's  considered good luck to return a Shnoozy to its herd, but there's also volunteer organizations dedicated solely to getting lost Shnoozy home. 

Evolves into Shnoring at level 36
