(NAME) was born in the city-nation of Absalom and grew up to be one of the members on the board regarding city building specifications and architecture. With the city being as huge as it is, (NAME) is one of the many employees who oversees just a single district of the city.. Even among his fellow employees (NAME) has a reputation for being exceptionally exasperating (at times) regarding following often overlooked safety precautions and measures. Infact, when (NAME) learned the sewer dragons had been making unauthorized tunnels in the sewers he nearly fainted from the shock before personally going to measure and nitpick all of them.

(NAME) keeps his hands busy with the insanity of Absalom but is always willing to volunteer for taking on more duties if no one else is willing to 'uphold their responsibilities' Because of this (NAME) is often dispatched to assist many third parties including adventurers, pathfinders, and foreign architechs.
