A ship baby between AJ and Luna, he developed a need to balance earth ponies with everyone else and tried to give them super strength/powers but was caught by his aunt Celestia and placed in “prison” AKA a huge library. He lives there and takes care of the books for the princesses. Its a light sentence and he isnt awfully mad at it but he still wishes he could leave. The wrist cuff prevents him from leaving the library and the neck cuff dulls his magic

His tail was corrupted by the dark magic he was using and he has whats called “dragon disease” and sometimes his eyes can go dark and his teeth will sharpen upon moodswings
